The gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

To use this gift voucher, the beneficiary must contact us by email (info@domainederonchinne.be) and inform us of their desired date of arrival, the unique voucher code, and the customer's name and contact details. The hotel may refuse the reservation on the basis of availability or the daily rate.

If you have any special requests (a specific room number, twin beds, a bath rather than a shower), please mention them at the time of booking and we will do our best to accommodate them.

It is possible to cancel the reservation once it has been confirmed, up to 7 days before the stay. After this period, the voucher is considered as used.

Gift vouchers are sold as a package. It is not possible to be reimbursed in whole or in part for unused or unavailable services.
