In the restaurant, we have opted for a formula of gourmet tables. There is no menu, but an offer that follows the inspiration of the chef.

Without claiming the organic label, the cuisine is local, simple, tasty and seasonal. Local producers provide, in the respect of traditions, cold meats, meats, river fish, fruits and vegetables. The atmosphere is friendly, warm and relaxed, a bit like home.

Spaces

Buffet

The buffet features local products, such as warm bread, charcuterie and cheeses from our farms. We give priority to local products and short circuits for a moment of pure pleasure.

We also have a Live-Cooking area for quick cooking according to the inspiration of the moment.

Cellar

Just like in your own wine cellar, come and help yourself to the wine cellar. Take the time to discover the different bottles on display, or ask the staff for advice, to find the wine that will best accompany your meal.

Terrace

The restaurant's terrace opens on sunny days and offers our guests a view of the valley.

Only hotel residents have access to our restaurant.

The restaurant is open by reservation only and subject to availability.

  • Fridays and Saturdays and during school vacations: from 19:30 to 22:00.

  • Closed Sunday evenings except Sundays during school vacations and the eve of public holidays.

RATES (excluding drinks):

  • The adult rate is €50/person from age 12.

  • For children (aged 3 to 11): €25

  • Pour les bébés (< 3 ans): offert.

Unusual

Please note that the meals at Relais de Chasse, Gaul village, Concièrgerie, Tente des trappeurs and Betepee can only be booked by groups (with a "relocation" fee).

NB: Picnic is not allowed in the common areas or in the restaurant. Let yourself be tempted by the work of our craftsmen. Thank you for your kindness towards them.
