The Lavoir (Wellness) is open year-round, every day from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Starting at 6:00 p.m., admission is restricted to adults and youth ages 16 and older.

The Lavoir (Wellness) can also be reserved for private events, upon request and subject to availability.

Access

Access to the Lavoir (Wellness) is restricted exclusively to residents of Domaine de Ronchinne.

It is included for the duration of the stay, from the official check-in time to the official check-out time.

An access code for the entrance gate is provided at the front desk.

Guests who wish to take advantage of Lavoir (Wellness) before the official check-in time or extend their stay beyond the official check-out time may request this at the front desk. These options are subject to availability and are detailed in the Rates section.

Terms of Use

Atmosphere of the venue

The Lavoir (Wellness) is a shared wellness space, open to nature and designed to help you slow down.

Its atmosphere varies depending on the time of day. On weekdays, the place often has a more peaceful atmosphere. On weekends and during school breaks, it tends to attract more families and becomes livelier.

In any case, everyone is asked to respect the pace of life here and the comfort of the other residents.

Comfort & Hygiene

To maintain the cleanliness, safety, and tranquility of the Lavoir (Wellness), food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Only water is allowed.

Sugary drinks and snacks are not allowed, in order to avoid attracting bees, wasps, or horseflies and to maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the place.

Wearing a swimsuit is mandatory.

Users are advised to wear shoes suitable for wet areas.

Respect for Other Residents

The Lavoir (Wellness) is shared gently.

Please speak in a measured tone and do not raise your voice.

Music is not allowed, except when using individual headphones.

Cell phones may be used discreetly, on silent or vibrate mode, out of consideration for other patrons.

Safety

For everyone's safety, running, jumping, diving, or engaging in any behavior that is dangerous or inappropriate for the location is strictly prohibited.

Saunas and steam rooms are strongly discouraged for people with heart, respiratory, or kidney problems, as well as for pregnant women.

It is strictly prohibited to use the facilities while under the influence of alcohol or any substance that may impair behavior, balance, or alertness.

It is strongly discouraged to stay in the sauna or steam room for more than 15 minutes per session.

Children

Children under 16 are not allowed to use the sauna or steam room.

Children 12 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. They remain, at all times, the full responsibility of their parents or legal guardians.

Access included for residents

• Access to the Lavoir (Wellness) is available to hotel guests for the duration of their stay, from the official check-in time until the official check-out time.

Before the official arrival

Depending on availability, there are two options for arriving Lavoir (Wellness) before the official check-in time.

• Early Access Wellness Only
  Early access to the Lavoir (Wellness) check-in starting at 9:00 a.m., without access to the room before the official check-in time: €30 per room.

• Early Check-in Room & Wellness
  Early access to the room and the Lavoir (Wellness) as early as 1:00 p.m.: €30 per room.

Extension of Stay

The official start time is set for 11:00 a.m.

Depending on availability, a late check-out may be requested to retain access to the room and the Lavoir (Wellness) until 3:00 p.m.

• For stays beginning Monday through Friday: €30 per room.

• For a Saturday or Sunday check-out: €50 per room.

Bathrobe

• Bathrobe rental: €9 per set.
