In addition to the purchase confirmation sent immediately, a PDF in our colors will be sent to you by email as soon as possible (allow 2 working days on average).

The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

To use this gift voucher, the recipient must contact us by email (info@domainederonchinne.be) and provide us with your desired arrival date, the unique voucher code, and the client's name and contact details. The hotel may refuse the reservation based on its availability on the day.

If you have any special requests, please mention them when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

It is possible to cancel the reservation once it has been confirmed, up to 7 days before the stay. After this period, the voucher is considered used.

Gift vouchers are sold as a whole. It is not possible to be reimbursed in whole or in part for services not used or unavailable.

To extend the validity of your gift vouchers and continue enjoying our exceptional services, please note that a payment of 50 euros per voucher is required. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
