HISTORY / PHILOSOPHY:

We receive many requests for free rooms in exchange for visibility. Therefore, we must be selective. Our goal is not to have visibility for the sake of visibility because, as you probably know, "…Exposure does not pay the bills…".

After years of offering "free rooms", we have noticed that the results were very(!) variable. Very often, the partner did not keep their promises, or the public was not interested in our product. We invested and received no return.

We now want to avoid these negative side effects and engage in a 100% win-win collaboration.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

• Initially, the partner pays for the room. Yes, we know this sounds crazy. But we still give you a 10% discount on the room price. (Please use the code INSTAJS on our webpage to make your reservation).

• We then create a specific 10% discount code for your followers. You share this discount as you wish: "YOUROWNCODE".

• We negotiate goals. Usually, the goal is set as follows:

  • Less than 50,000 followers => 5 or more reservations (per hotel night) made with the code within a 2-week period.

  • More than 50,000 followers => 10 or more reservations...

• You come, enjoy your stay, and promote our hotel to reach the goals.

• Two weeks after your stay, we check if the goals have been reached and, if so, we refund your stay.
  

A RISK-FREE COLLABORATION:

This is truly a risk-free collaboration that we are setting up. If you do not reach the goal, you will have simply paid for your stay, which makes perfect sense. (If your audience is not interested in us, why should we be visible to them... We cannot know this before trying).
If you reach the goal, we will refund your stay (room price + breakfast) OR we will create a voucher for you or your community.
